1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Go Sho! These Terms of Service govern your use of the travel and car rental services provided by "Go Sho". By accessing, using, or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Go Sho.

2. Services Offered

Go Sho offers vehicle rental services (self-drive and chauffeur-driven) and travel agency services (tours, hotel bookings, and related facilitation). We facilitate connections between customers and our fleet/partner network.

3. Booking and Payments

• Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment or full payment as specified.
• Pricing: All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice until booked.
• Cancellation: Cancellation policies vary by service type. Generally, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time may incur a fee.

4. Vehicle Rental Specifics

• Eligibility: Renters must possess a valid driving license and valid CNIC/Passport.
• Fuel & Mileage: Vehicles are provided with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same. Mileage policies (unlimited vs. capped) are specified per booking.
• Liability: Renters are responsible for any traffic fines, tolls, or penalties incurred during the rental period. Renters are also liable for damages not covered by insurance.

5. Limitation of Liability

Go Sho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
